Our curriculum follows the Diocesan Religion curriculum, and other subjects are aligned with the New York State Common Core Learning Standards, New York State Social Studies Frameworks, the International Standards for Technology in Education, and New York State standards for Science and the Arts. We learn all of these things in a variety of ways, show what we know through tests and performance, and view all of it through the lens of our Catholic Faith.
We participate in the standardized Terra Nova tests in Grades 3 – 8, and our 4th, 6th, and 8th graders participate in the New York State testing program. The information from these tests ensures that we are teaching our boys and girls what they are expected to know, and assists us in developing instruction that meets the needs of our students.
